Orders placed during upcoming holidays

Special circumstances such as national and publicly observed holidays can add an extra 2-3 business days to fulfill and ship out orders from our fulfillment centers.
Please keep in mind that transit times will be affected upon dispatch, depending on the ship service selected when placing an online order.

As delays are to be expected during holiday peak season:

We advise allotting an additional 5-7 business days to the average turnaround time to estimate an order's ETA/delivery date. Shipping carrier deadline ("ship by") recommended cutoff dates for expected delivery by December 25, 2023:

  • DOMESTIC
    • December 16th
  • INTERNATIONAL
    • Oceania: December 6th
    • Canada: December 6th
    • Europe: December 6th
    • Rest of world: December 6th

Guide to the New EU VAT Scheme

Critical Role will collect VAT for shipments into the EU on physical goods under €150. We will collect VAT from the buyer at the time of purchase so the customer will not have to handle this when the order enters the country. For orders above the consignment value of €150 Critical Role will not collect VAT, and the buyer will have to pay it on the shipment delivery.

For all other international orders:

International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees, which we have no control over. Please check with your local customs or postal authority for more specific information about these fees.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

As of now, we anticipate delays in shipments but remain operational and are working closely with our partners to minimize the impact to our best ability. 

Carriers do not guarantee delivery times for international shipments.

We will not refund shipping costs on any delays in shipments.

What’s your shipping policy?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. You can track your shipments in My Account.

Delivery within the U.S. typically occurs within 4-9 days, with a USPS delivery confirmation number provided. Internationally, delivery typically occurs within 2-3 weeks of a package being shipped. If delayed in customs clearance, an additional 1 week delay can sometimes occur. Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please note: In most cases, we do not refund shipping costs if a product arrives later than expected. 

Can I split an order to go to different addresses?

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. You will need to place separate orders.

When will my order be processed?

In-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of checkout. Orders received before 1PM local time on business days will be shipped out same day. Orders received after 1PM local time will be shipped out the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of purchase, you will be given the option to cancel your order.

What are your signature requirements on delivery?

Items that require signature on delivery are stated on the product page. If said item is included in the order, the order will require an adult signature on delivery.

Do international orders have to pay customs, duties, and taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees, which we have no control over. Please check with your local customs or postal authority for more specific information about these fees.

Tax ID Requirements for Shipments to Brazil (Updated June 16, 2021)

Orders with shipping addresses to Brazil must include the customer's/recipient's Tax ID number for customs declarations before shipments can be cleared. Please keep in mind that shipments missing this information will be subject to return back to the sender or disposal by Brazilian Customs.
