Candela Obscura Lapel Pin

I ordered one of these for each player in my Candela Obscura group, and I'm really happy with the quality of the pins. There are some slight variations in the finish, some of them seem a little brighter and shinier than others, but not to a degree where it's weird. It just adds a bit of personality to each pin.

I purchased four of the pins as Yule gifts and they were a success! They are really good quality and so cute, definitely a great item, I even bought one for myself as a treat.

Cool and very investigative. I like the feel and divergence from the traditional lapel pin. Gonna get these for some of my fellow Critters.

The design is very reminiscent of real world “club” sort of pins; small enough to be subtle but important enough to be of notice. I’m glad it’s made of metal, too. Fantastic design all around! The pin back is very nice too, more of a safety pin than the usual single pin fasteners you usually find on a lot of pins. I bought this to give to my players for an upcoming game (and one for myself), but I think I’ll wear it on a coat whenever I’m not wearing it for games!

I love “in universe” merch that can also be used for cosplay! I bought my first one at the Candela launch at Geeky Teas and then ordered this one for my best friend as a surprise for the live show!

I had this pin for 2 weeks on my bag and not one person acknowledged it. I didn't mind, since I always knew it was more of a nieche interest, but then as I was passing a dark alley, a mysterious stranger called out to me. They told me there was a Candella meeting coming up and I should really be keeping my pin under my lapel for "members only." I had a free evening so I said why not and followed along. I get to visit this weird old gentlemans club looking place, meet these new people from all kinds of backgrounds, and next thing you know, I've got 4 new best friends and a strange glowing case that I need to deliver to an abandoned castle on the outskirts of town. Only lost an eye and all feeling in my right arm to undescribable terrors get this far, but my new pals protected me from the worst of it, and that bond of friendship all thanks to this new pin. What a great way to meet new people! I'd buy another if I survive long enough!

Best way to join the fight against the paranormal is to join Candela Obscura and what better way to show the dedication then brandishing our pin! Great quality and looks amazing!

Absolutely gorgeous, with the type of fixing that’s both extremely secure and easy to use. I got one for all four of my Investigators (and one for myself, of course) after they finished their first assignment and wanted to keep playing. Makes for a wonderful virtuous circle of attachment to the game and to each other.

The pin is very well made, even has a pin tab to keep it secure. Very well worth it.

It's so small but I like it.

Wearing to see if I can find more investigators out in the wild for my game. People tend to be intrigued or immediately recognize. There are more critters out there than you'd think

Great make nice to wear and the perfect size. Although the pendant hole is way to small for anything to be thread through... Unless you get some small chain links they you golden and good to go to use it with a necklace

I love this little guy! It’s really subtle, nice, with a good weight to hang well but not drag any clothing down. It doesn’t have the classic stick point pin back thingy so it doesn’t stick out behind the clothing. This is nice if you’re putting it on something that is less structured or through thick fabric.

Alternatively there is a loop at the top to hang on a chain. I love the versatility of this. It’s evident the designers wanted to make sure it could be used on a number of different costume looks!

I have even used it to emboss some leather lol. 10/10 five stars got one for everyone in my circle.

The pinning mechanism is high quality. I guess the loop on the top is for use as a necklace. Also, it looks gorgeous. I got it from one of my players and I wear it whenever I run Candela Obscura.

I also got a dice set and after the first session, I gave the players a die each.

Along with sporting my affiliation with Candela Obscura, I was also going to use it as a wax seal for more immersion for my circle. And those who know, will know.

It's a beautiful little pin to add to my collection! Smaller than I expected, but really worth it.

Was exactly what I had hoped for. Good size, versatile enough to be put on a bag or on a lapel.

Between the swift delivery and the product its self my family (my husband and two sons, who are 20 and 11) was extremely excited. Special after they completed their first mission and I handed them their secret society pins: “Welcome to Candela Obsura”.
