What’s your shipping policy?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. You can track your shipments in My Account.
Delivery within the U.S. typically occurs within 4-9 days, with a USPS delivery confirmation number provided. Internationally, delivery typically occurs within 2-3 weeks of a package being shipped. If delayed in customs clearance, an additional 1 week delay can sometimes occur. You may upgrade to expedited shipping at an additional cost. Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Can I split an order to go to different addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. You will need to place separate orders.
When will my order be processed?
In-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of checkout. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of purchase, you will be given the option to cancel your order.
Do international orders have to pay customs, duties, and taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees, which we have no control over. Please check with your local customs or postal authority for more specific information about these fees.
