Customers praised this hardcover library edition as "stunning" and "beautiful" with "amazing" artwork and quality. The book is larger than expected, with full-color illustrations and character backstories. While most loved the art, some found certain characters' styles less appealing. Packaged well to prevent damage, it's a "masterpiece" for fans.
i had to buy this volune. i cant wait for the second one. everything from the storytelling to the illustrations, the printing and editing , like everything is well thought, well made and perfect really. bought it from the eu shop and it arrived pretty quickly in perfect condition.

Love the art and the stories. When I received it and opened the box, laid the book back in the box for a few minutes then Loki decided to nap on the book. It must have been very comfortable and maybe he wanted to try to getting the stories through osmosis, lol.

The quality is AMAZING and it has plenty of content to last a while.
I was so excited getting it in the mail, it was so high quality and big! It's a bit too tall for my bookshelf unfortunately lol, but that's fine! I loved how each character had their own art style that fit them, I was so excited! Caleb's section in particular made me tear up a bit, very well done by the artists. <3 The back even has a kind of "behind the scenes" look at the page and cover designs! Overall wonderful addition to my shelf from my favorite campaign! <3

Absolutely love this book! The artwork is gorgeous, and it's awesome to read more detail about character backstories that were addressed during the campaign, but haven't before been told in a linear account of what happened before they became the Mighty Nein. Can't wait to pick up Volume 2!

Fantastic work as always. The thought and care that went into this volume is incredible, and the pairing of CR with comics people ensures that each story feels "correct" while also being native to the comics medium. I can't overstate how much I appreciate CR seeking out and working with people who know what they're doing.
Even more amazing was the packaging for the book. Everything was protected and no crunched corners.
I haven't unwrapped the plastic yet, but the book is beautiful front and back. I look forward to reading it again and again, just like the last few.

Love the book
I loved Jester and Caleb's stories, but the artwork for Yasha and Nott's stories just wasn't my cup of tea. That's just my opinion though, always judge for yourself. I still love the show, all the actors, characters, and all the hard work that went I to making tge book so I gladly give it 5 stars.
